Battery backup

I was looking at getting a battery backup too for my incubator but was unaware of this. I almost picked this up at last week but decided to wait (glad I did now)... Is this a pure sine wave battery? It says simulated sine wave but I have no idea what the difference is. It is supposedly designed for to mid-high level computer systems.

It probably won't work, pure sine wave devices usually use that fact as a selling point. Simulated Sine wave while better than a regular unit still won't work with sensitive equipment.
