    Rep Vets

    Even though you don't have a vet locally that usually treats reptiles, you can google up a list of reptile vets for any state. Provide your vet with the contact information so he or she can find out what suitable antibiotics are available or call them your self.
    In the absence of infection, I think woolfy-hound is on the mark with the neosporin.
