Honduran's will definitely get longer than 3-4 ft. They are also very beautiful. I love those guys. You will also definitely need a tank bigger than 15 gallon. They get fairly long. I'm not even sure 30 gal would be big enough for an adult. But hopefully someone who knows a little more about them can shed some light on this for you.
Just be patient. A lot of people are out at work or possibly at reptile shows (just got home, lol). More people will be online tonight and then you will probably get more responses.
