DIY Lightweight Rack. Help with Ideas

Im in urgent need of some Ideas, I have to get my BP's moved soon.

I would like to build my own, which would be cheaper then ordering and shipping prices which I can find nearby.

My local hardware store does not have sheets of pvc, the closest thing I can find is 1/4inch Puck board, its the stuff they use in Ice rinks boards.

Is this stuff useable for building a lightweight rack? if so, are there any build threads which use similar material that I could look at for help?

I have a melamine rack, melamine is way to heavy for what I want.

help asap would be apreciated, thanks

I have used "puck board" before (not on racks) if it is thick enough it should be ok. (at least 1/8" thick 1/4" would be great)

Polycarbonate or expanded polycarbonate would work and can usually be found at a hardware store. A sign store is very likely to have what you need as well.
