It's the WH7016C Digital Temperature Controller. Says it can be used for domestic freezer, water tanks, refrigerator, industrial chiller, bolier, steamer, industrial equipments and other temperature-controlled systems. I saw another just like it that said it was made for aquariums. Comes with a sensor probe and it has a control range of -50~110 C.
