I hear you, One of the places I work is like that firewalls really cramp your style don't they...
I've worked 3 jobs (well 2 jobs and an internship) since my sophomore year of high school and it wasn't until recently that I moved out and had REAL expenses to have to pay for... growing up is so much fun sometimes.
