    Reptile Room tour / intro-ish video!!

    hello everyone.

    You have prob seen me around these forums but I have never done an intro so here is a some what intro ish video and a room tour!

    89F is WAY WAY to hot for your corn snake.

    Colubrids dont need temps over 84F any hotter can cause problems to arise over time from over exposure.

    Need to get that controlled ASAP.

    I suggest getting a t-stat asap. Other than that really nice vid. You gotta make one showing off your corn tho, since we couldnt see him :/

    And yeah ^^, I preach that NO heat source should go uncontrolled. If the t-stat isn't a possibility right now go over to walmart and grab a light dimmer (rheostat) for $10 to control the heat pad. Just remember rheostats fail "ON" so full power will be given to the pad if it malfunctions.

    Provide your corn with a basking spot of 88-90° F

    Thats too hot, and not to be followed.

    I bred corns and kings before pythons. And I only provied them a 80-82 room temp nothing else. If your room can maintain 80-82 you dont need to have heat pad on the tub at all.
