Care seems to be the same for all of them really
80 degrees year round and 60% humidity
I have noticed that the Borneos seem to be a bit better mannered than the Bloods, and have heard that the Sumatrans seem to be even more mellow. I don't keep any of the Blacks so I can't say from personal experience.
I will however say that they all seem to have their own personal attitude or personality if you will. Some are just mean and some are puppy dogs. The flightier ones don't bother me, it makes it fun. I don't really have any flighty adults though, just babies and juveniles. They quickly grow out of it though.
Some even seem to go through a little "puberty" time if you will and act up a bit more.
The Borneos seem to have a bit better appetite if you can call it that, they all eat, but the Borneos are just quick strikers. Some of the Bloods seem to take some coaxing sometimes. Depends on the time of year also, same as other Python species I'm sure.
