Welcome! I too am gunna reccomend a ball python. All of the corns ive handled tend to be flighty and dont sit still. If thats what youre looking for then by all means go for a corn or king snake. But if you want a snake that just sits in your lap while you watch tv then go for a ball python. I love mine.
