Just got my new AP T8 in the mail and I must say so far not impressed

Regardless they always send it seperatly. Sure it would be nice if they said this on their website, but they are really good at replying when you send them questions so it really doesn't matter. They will do what is necessary to make you happy.

I completely agree but when my shipping label and shipping confermation says one box and one box only. i know what i'm talking about. I would have also really appriciated getting an email of my backordered order. I probably would have called them and said just ship it all when its ready.

When you ship 2 boxes on different days they don't show up on the same tracking. They send you a seperate tracking for each. Even if there wans't a back order issue they would be shipped on different days and on different tracking. That's all I'm saying.

Same thing happened to me. They really need to tell you if there going to send the glass and stuff a few days later. When I got it I was not able to put the glass in and they also didn't send me the flexwatt. I called saying they were missing stuff and the woman said she thought she emailed me they were sending the second box later but she had not.

My glass came in 3 days after the cage in a separate order. By the time I had the cage fully setup and the sealant cured the glass arrived.

They always ship the glass and lights seperatly... They do this for a reason, you need to assemble the cage and seal it. The sealant needs to dry/air out for a few days before you put the glass on. I garentee that AP will send you another tracking number in a day or so with the glass/lights. I have ordered 5 cages from them and it worked that way every time.

They didn't try to rush it out, I have ordered T8's that are quick ship and a t12 that wasn't, same thing happened.

My last order with ap they sent my glass in the same box as the cage I got all mine in one box
