Pre heat oven to 450. Grate some cheese. When oven is hot open box. Remove plastic wrapper and cardboard bottom. Spread cheese over top. Put totino's pizza on center rack and cook for 15 to 18 minutes. Garnish with red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese.
