    I live in GA where there's no such thing as low humidity. I've had condensation on all my racks since I started using them. No big deal for me.

    It's natural for temps near the floor to be lower than higher up. Hot air rises they say. put a thermo/hygrometer in there. If the temps and humidity are fine then don't worry about it.
