Looking dull after a shed?
Is this weird? So far since I've had him, my young BP has shed twice. Both times it was a clean, one-piece shed (whew!) and he didn't seem to have any trouble. However, both times, just after he shed he looked sort of...dull. A little bit like he was too pale as if all the color had drained from him, and almost a little cloudy like right before he would go into blue.
After about a day and a half though, he looks fine, very vivid and like I would expect with a shiny new skin, I guess.
Is this normal? I wondered if he could be dehydrated or something since he doesn't come out much when in shed. Am I worrying too much?

I'd say you are worrying too much lol, my pastels looks a little dull right after they shed, but after a few hours their colors look great

Ok, whew, thanks. I just wasn't quite sure what to expect and got a bit worried...
