    Getting Some Sun **pic heavy**

It was amazing out today so I decided to take Quetzal with me when I went to sit and sketch... ended up doing less sitting and sketching then planned and more taking pictures and explaining to people that ball pythons are not the "gigantic snakes in Florida" nor will he grow big enough to eat their dog/cat/children.

Close-up of his goldish greyish greenish eyes and nice contrast.

He's starting to blush on parts of his back and I swear he gets lighter with each shed.

    He's a great looking BP!

Careful, one day you'll wake up and he'll have transformed into a monster that's 50 feet long, 1000 pounds, have fangs, venom and a thirst for blood.

    He's very handsome though.

Oh I know, haven't you guys heard of the lady with the ball python that was 8ft long that she let sleep on her bed with her? Well it stopped eating and she took it to the vet who said it was sizing up it's next meal to be her! [/sarcasm][/blatant urban myth] Trust me I heard that and more about him, also got a lecture about how all snakes are venomous and if he ever bites me my skin will turn black and slough off.

Thanks for all your lovely comments about him :3 He's my pretty lad and I can't wait to see what his adult colors will be since he's changed so much in the last two sheds.
