    switching to rats...success

    picked up a bag of 25 rats today in hopes that the switch would run smoothly and i didnt bother trying to scent with mice because i wanted to see if he would just take em straight up. thank god he did, hopefully this keeps up

    yea i only paid 15 for the 25 because there pups so he will probably only be able to eat 10 of em b4 there to small and i will have to up the size but i dont mind i will give the left overs to my buddy and pick up bigger ones

    Congrats!! My snakes all took rats right off the bat as well. It's a nice switch, most snakes seem to welcome the extra nutrition.

    Ya wish it was as easy as that, I have been messing with 2 mousers for a few months, still tring. And even worse their my 2 that are more live than ft snakes. Although they took a scented pup yesterday. Now if I can only get my males to eat, lol, always something with these awesome pets.
