There is NO WAY she is still hungry!!??
Hey everybody, my BP Irwin is at 134 grams right now. I just fed her two mice that are slightly bigger than hoppers. And she is STILL crushing around her tub looking for more? Is she really still hungry or does anybody else's BP like to cruise around after eating? Is this just her personality?

hard to say, it really can go either way. most will go hide after eating but some don't. Either way she will be fine until her next feeding day.

I have pastel female that I seriously think would eat her own body weight in rodent if I let her. I'm not complaining.. she almost never refuses a meal and is growing very nicely.

Re: There is NO WAY she is still hungry!!??
I'm sure she is fine. You just never know with these guys, they definitely have their own personalities. My kids all go in their warm hide. My big guy likes to troll around, I think he just gets excited and takes him awhile to get out of feed mode and go chill.

Sometimes I think they get into a hunting mode, especially after eating multiples. In hunting mode they are more likely to cruise around for a while before they settle down to digest.

My spider will "hunt" sometimes for over an hour after pounding down a huge (for her) rat. She eats like a champ and also goes "hunting" the very next day. She would eat daily if I supplied her the rats to do so. (her hunting is obvious because when food is on her mind, she wobbles) as long as you are sure her meals are sufficient, I wouldn't worry about it. Some are just Piggys!
