I would recommend giving the distemper/parvo every 3-4 weeks until the pup is 16 weeks old, regardless of how many shots it already got previously. This is because you do not know when the maternal antibodies are no longer in the pup, when the pup's own immune system is producing its own antibodies, and what the protection level is in the pup. Usually at 16 weeks this is when the pup's immune system is working well. I vaccinate annually after that. Some people do titers to see the antibody levels but the cost of shots is cheaper than the titer.
I would only give the bordetella if your pup is around other dogs frequently, such as doggy daycare, shows, dog parks, etc. and if this is the case booster every 6 months instead of annually. Otherwise, it's not really necessary or only give it annually if it's around other dogs sometimes.
