    Greyish scales?

Few weeks ago I noticed a group of scales on my BPs belly that changed colour. They are somewhat greyish colour. It looked mostly as a pigmentation, but I was afraid that it was maybe belly rot or something so I kept my eye on it. A few days ago my bp spilled water bowl all over the tub, and I noticed that new really small new greyish areas appeared.
The area under the scales looks clean.

She is kept on paper towels all the time, and they are being cleaned the day they get wet or dirty. Only exception is if it happens overnight, then its cleaned the next day when I get home.
So do you guys have any idea what that could be?
Maybe I am overreacting and its just pigmentation, but if its something that needs to be taken care of I would like to start treating it as soon as I can.

    Heres the pic

Kinda looks like a bruise. New pigmentation would not just show up on the belly. Is she close to a shed?
