If that were my snake I'd be high-tailing it to a vet...yesterday!

That doesn't look good at all, something is most definitely wrong inside as well as the outside, I've never seen something like the orange stuff on it's belly. Could it be scale rot?

Is the orangey-yellow stuff goopey, as in, can it be wiped off?
