What anti-virus software are you running? I know my mother had some trouble with her iTouch when she tried to upload music to it with her ZoneAlarm. She had to turn off the firewall and the parental controls to get it to work. :/
Stubborn apple products. But I'm not gonna lie, the iPhone has been one of my best investments. The stores are usually very willing to work with you. If you continue to have a problem, I'd say take it back. Possibly take your laptop along to see if they can't help you solve the problem. If that doesn't work, and they can't figure it out, they'll give you a new one.![]()
I would definitely take the laptop with you though. That way, if they give you a new one, you can insist that they help you set it up so that you don't continue to have a problem.![]()
