In my personal experiences working with people of the yonger generation they seem to have a sense of entitlement. most don't seem to be willing to wait for the natural progression of things they seem to want it all and want it now .I find that true about 90 percent . not that there bad people they just need a bit of maturity and a little more work ethic.Originally Posted by gardenfiend138
