So i just got back from the vet and we did a direct fecal exam. They couldn't get enough to float it. They wanted to take blood today but I chose to wait until I can get a large enough fecal sample to do a float and also see how he progresses. He does seem to exhibit some strange behavior but is able to right himself normally and is feeding and his normal angry self. Some of the strange behavior is the head wobble and air climbing but also last feeding he took a thawed rat constricted it then dropped it and lost it. I had to go in there and poke at it with my tongs which is not a fun or safe situation. Has anyone experienced this or heard of this? he said it might be a liver problem as he thinks he's to young to be showing signs of IBD.
