Does the heating pad have a thermostat? Pink belly means 1 of 2 things, shedding or burn.

A little bit of blood by the vent after a shed is perfectly normal, and nothing to worry about. Unfornatly without pictures I can't help much more. (are you sure you can't upload pictures to photobucket, then copy the "direct link" code and paste it into a post here on BP.net to get a picture up?
