    Yes. Ugly looking snakes can throw pretty babies and pretty snakes can have ugly babies. But I would still try to get bright and clean pastels. The chances of having pretty babies are higher with a pretty parent. Also, depending on the normal, they can clean up and enhance a morph too. (I.e. a bright clean normal)
