    My bp hasn't pooped yet!

    I got my BP about a month an a half ago Iv fed him about 8-9 mice and he hast pooped yet! I don't know if it's something to worry about because Iv heard they can go a while without but I'm starting to get a little worried about him now

    He's about 15 inches long I'm not sure about his weight, I just measured him then

    Has he shed since you have had him?

    You would he surprised at how little they actually poop. I think they are just very good at absorbing and using all of that rodent. Mine don't necessarily poop with each meal. My corn snakes crap more and bigger than my balls.

    Haha he's shed once since Iv got him, the mice
    I'm feeding him are a little smaller if not the same size as the fattest part on his body, I feed him every wendsday

    Younger babies dont poop often as their absorbing every drop of their meal to grow.

    A snake that poops a lot is being overfed. So as long as the tail isnt swollen from being constipation I wouldnt worry.

    Sounds fine, as long as you are providing the proper temperature gradient (78-82 cool side, 88-92 hot side) you should be fine.

    I was thinking about that to Iv noticed his tail is really skinny before his ass and then it is rather large and continues up to his body size from there

    And his temps are perfect hot and cool, although I can't keep his humidity up I just spray his cage a lot more to keep it up
