If they are male and female they will breed and the female is likely gravid. I would recommend keeping them separately unless you really want to breed them. Even then, I would still separate them if the female is currently gravid and has been laying eggs for any amount of time already so that she can have a break. She will retain sperm and continue to lay eggs for 3-6 months after she is separated from the male and will need another 6 months to 1 year to rest after she lays her last clutch, depending on what kind of condition she is in.
