One thing that helps me alot (granted i am not by any means a ladies man) that has slightly been touched on is confidence.

ways that I personally boost my confidence expecially going out is dressing in what im confortable, yet I feel good in. also something like getting a hair cut or shaving or something minor like that could help, just make you feel better about yourself which would make you want to interact more.

In my opinion, and how I approach it is, (this is more for going out to places) there are good ways to be noticed and bad ways to be noticed. good way being the guy whos slightly over dressed yet looks sharp, and confident, then the guy who looks like a slob.

And the best tool you could ever use, is your female friends. mine help me with all different aspects, from style to conversation approaches to female signs ect. ect.

Hope this helps, again its my opinion, just do what makes you feel comfortable and dont over think anything, expecially the conversation, because thats when youll get nervous. happens to me alot.

It's real easy to give advice but quite another thing to put if to practice.but here's my two cents. Flirt being a little flirtatious can go a long way just don't get carried away could you might come off as obnoxious . there's nothing wrong with a little flirting or even a line. it's kind of like a knock at the door. if they don't respond well then move on . you definitely don't want to get involved with somebody that snooty stuck up or conceited . there's plenty of nice girls around. Also don't always go for the pretty ones there too pretty that maybe part of the reason you get nervous around them. don't overlook the ones that are maybe not as pretty but funny or have good personalities or just nice . beauty can fade but a good personality never will . Lastly just don't sweat it its really no big deal to get rejected.believe me I got shot down plenty of times before I married my beautiful wife. Good luck
