Took me a while to figure that out too. Right above the text window for new posts are several icons, the one on the right of the letter is to post an image. You paste the image link into that. I uploaded the picture to this site, then when viewing it in the gallery about half way down on the right side of the page will be an image code section. Copy and past the top link (Direct Link Code).
