Im following the "Im New" Trend!
..Im new
After many years with interest I finally (faced my fear) brought home a little beauty. Shes only 2 months old, haven't weight her yet.
A little bit about her den;
Glasstank, which I isolated all sides(Not the front, hehe) with black paper/tinfoil/cardboard its actually works pretty well keeping the temperature and bye extend- humidity. I managed to hold a 60% humidity using a UTH partially under a medium/big water dish. She has a basking spot which is at 90-95F and the ambient temp is also fine..
I got some bad advice and started to handle her for 5-10 min the first 3 days I had her, She was really easy to held, and curious. After 3 more days I tried to feed her in a separate tank, that didn't work, I could tell she was really stressed and sliding around in circles in the tank. I waited another week(till yesterday) and tried feeding her inside her own tank; Before i could hold the mice still she striked, held and stopped. I could tell she was a bit "aware" of me presence so I took a blanket in front of the tank and let her be. after a couple of minutes; mouse gone!
Oh, will sure post pics when the camera is alive again.
Thank you for all the Tips, info and caresheets already, its really usefull.
And thanks to all the people using their time on this forum, Youre great!

Congratulations on a successful feeding. It looks as if you have been learning all of the tips and tricks on feeding and enclosure set-up.
