My cages stay at a constant 60%, there is no problem with that. As long as the substrate isn't wet and there isn't isn't condensation forming on the inside of the tank you won't have any problems at all.
In fact the average humidity in their natural habitat is almost constantly 80% (but that much humidity will cause mold in a reptile enclosure)
