I'm making the switch to tubs:


So does attaching a heat pad to a plastic tub have any affect on the plastic over time?

Heating the plastic to 90 degrees over long periods is not a problem?

No issues in my racks or stand-alone tubs. Make sure you tape the UTH to the tub with aluminum foil tape instead of using the sticky stuff on the pad itself. This way, you can reuse the UTH if/when you upgrade tub size.
