Sounds like you might be about to see a shed, Derek. Have you not had one shed before? You are in for a treat, mister. I can't get over how much I enjoy sheds.

DON'T bathe him - let him shed out. Soaking him before he's ready to shed will strip necessary oils and cause a bad shed when there didn't need to be problems.

So true, Annarose. I bathed mine before a shed once at the advice of a pet store clerk, and his shed was terrible. I mean, it was in little flakes. Not a single full piece. Def don't bathe before a shed.

Na it's not my first shed I have had my bp for over 2 years but I don't ever remember him having a pink belly or feeling all crinkly. The crinkly thing along with tinged brown scales are what are throwing me off. Plus he had not eaten for 6 months and ate finally on Friday so maybe he was always pink like that when he was about to shed and I just forgot cause its been so long lol.

My male Pastel is about to shed and his bright lemony yellow parts are a gorgeous shade of salmon pink.
Leon, the Spider, is of course, shedding in sync and his yellow/peachy parts are a glowing tangerine.
It would be so cool if they were really those colors all the time.

Bradley's eyes finally seem to be going cloudy. I noticed the pink belly around the 12th! It's kinda crazy that he started showing signs of a shed so soon. It's definitely coming...
