Metronidazole, yes, but Panacur? Panacur is for worms.

Panacur works fine for Giardia, Donna.

I've had it prescribed in the past and have used it with success. Our dog had a bout of giardia last year and was treated successfully with Panacur under care of a vet.

Panacur is fine for flagellates.
