They go blue like that when they are getting ready to shed. She'll clear up again and about 5 days later or so, she'll shed. Here's a good thread that explains the shedding process:

As for your snake's eye, it does look like she may have bumped it. That happens and I don't think I'd worry too much about it. It'll probably clear up after she sheds.
Guys, be patient. I don't think English is her first language. To the Javat, don't worry about your English - we have lots of folks here from other countries. We'll figure it out - please be patient with us!
