How often to you handle?

I handle whenever I feel like it, except for 2 days after feeding or during shed, they are little jerks when they can't see

x2 They don't miss me if I don't handle them, and I have no desire to stress them unnecessarily during shed and digestion. Fortunately, I have enough of them that I can always pick up a different one if the one I want is indisposed!
