It is very odd I also see the same thing sometimes this past 3 weeks has seen every snake I have (11 permanent and 2 in 'rehab') shed the really odd thing is my bearded dragon is shedding too. Go figure.

I wonder (not the dragon) with the royals, if it is a pheromone thing they do pass pheromone from the fluid between the shed layers? Just a musing on my part!

I swear I have thought the same thing. None of my snakes shed alone, at least 2 of them shed at the same time. But more likely than not it's 3 or 4 of them. I don't get it but it's crazy.

It's so weird. I just picked up a new one today too, and "she" is in shed as well. I use the genderization term very loosely

I'm pretty sure my house is a college dorm too - everyones taking their clothes off..

Though - when Sable shed, I was able to untangle it before it dried up and I have it all flattened out - its the most perfect one he has ever shed. Its so awesome I'm keeping it.

Yes, I've also noticed that a large number of my snakes will go into shed at or around the same time.

    Unhappy

I find the same thing will happen with my snakes; they often shed at the same time. I wish I knew more about this and if there was some sort of pheromone at work or if it's just a cool coincidence
