IMO you need to have a love for the animals first otherwise breeding and care will become tedious and a chore. I LOVE spending time in my snake room and yes changing waters takes me close to 2 hours but I enjoy it! This is not a money making hobby and if one goes into it as such they will soon have a "collection sale".
