I got some sphagnum moss and packed it full. I didn't want it on the bottom though because that's where the UTH is and it's already having a hard enough time heating sufficiently through the substrate. Despite these attempts, she refuses to use the hide. lol. She prefers the plant/waterbowl combo. She chills in the corner under the plant.
