How old is your BP? As Aaron pointed out, young ones usually have no issues with a 4 day feeding schedule...especially while they're still on mice.
In my opinion, young BPs are kind of hard wired to eat as much as possible to put on weight and size when they're yearlings. It's how they help ensure survival in nature, and get bigger faster so they can pass on their genetic material.
I always tried to feed young BPs about every 4 or 5 days until they got big enough to eat small rats. At that point I switched to every 7 days and adjusted the prey size as the snake got larger.
