    AP email support?

How good is AP with replying to emails? I sent an email with my specific needs and asking which model I should use and have yet to receive an answer. This normal?

    Re: AP email support?

I got mine at about 10:45. They usually respond rather quickly. Maybe your email didn't send? Just say "Hey I didn't know if my email sent" IF you don't want to just call

I second calling them. I bought an AP rack a few years ago and they were very helpful. I called up and told them what I had and what my plans were, they spent the better part of an hour going through some options and answering all of my questions.

I have talked to them on the phone a few times and gotten great service. I suggest calling as well. They will also deliver your order to any shows they are going to for you to pick up fully assembled if you place your order in enough time for them to do it. They have done this for me a couple times.

AP is great by calling like others have said, emails are a bit slower but still 24-48 hour reply time.
