What size of Animal Plastics cage...
... would be best for an adult ball python? I've heard good things about the Animal Plastics cages and their suitability for snakes, so I'm considering adding it to my snake wish list. Different cage sizes are different prices, so which do I go for?
I want a nice looking enclosure for my snake, whenever I can finally get one! My thought was to start one in a tub if I get a juvenile and then move them into a cage like an Animal Plastics or Boaphile once they're big enough. I get an adult, it just goes straight to the cage. Bad idea? Good idea? Thoughts are appreciated.

i have 4 adults in 2 AP T10"s (the ones with the 2 acrylic doors).. just put a divider in them, and you have 2 for the price of 1 .

So one side of that model is enough for an adult BP? I can only look at getting one for now, so which model for just one?

I would go with the T8 with sliding glass doors. You can put a divider in the middle and keep 2 snakes in 1, the rule is 1 square foot of floor space per foot of snake. So the full T8 has 8 square feet of floor space, and 1/2 of the T8 has 4square feet
This meant that you can keep a full grown BP in half of a T8 it's entire life
There will be some really big BP's that might need the full cage but most will be fine in half
