    Back heat on rack

Quick question, i'm making a 28qt rack, the rack will be 8 shelves high with 2 tubs per shelf, i decided to use the k.i.s.s method and go with back heat. Should i get two strips of 11" flex watt heat tape to run down the back or two strips of 3-4" flex watt. The 11" makes more sense right? I just need some reassurance really. Thanks!
Why? Why do humans always look to the sky? Why do you try so hard to fly when you don't have any wings? We'll run on our own legs. - Kiba "Wolf's rain"

I'd go with 11" unless the room is really cold.

The 3" 10 Watt puts out more heat per square inch than any other size/wattage. So if you room is really cold you might have to use that, but I think 11" is the best way to go.

I second the 11" heat tape. All my racks are back heated.
