Any boa, whether its a BCC or BCI should be grown slowly. Boas tend to regurge if fed too frequently or too large of a meal. The color or locality or specific species does not matter. Feed an appropriate sized prey item once per week and you'll be fine.
But albinism has nothing to do with it - except for the possible poor eyesight which IS common with albinism. An albino BCI will digest its meal just as well as a normal BCI.
