Those are cleaner than mine. It get babies that are peppered/speckeled. The mother doesn't show it and I've bred her to 3 different males. Seems like it doesn't matter who the sir is, I still produce these peppered, granite-ish offspring.

Not my best example, but it's the only pic I had to upload.

Nice clean looking babies, good luck with them.

This is a female we produced the season before last from a possible granite female, hopefully we'll be breeding her next season, she's big enough now but we're holding her off a season when we will pair her with a sibling to see what's going on if anything

Thanks! I like your picture! I think it is on the mothers side with mine. She has just a few specks. Had you ever bred the offspring back to the mother?

Let me know how this pairing goes! She is pretty. I have a total of 3 of these speckled things from 2 different clutches. The one in the other clutch was a sister to a granite ghost. I'm keeping her for sure, but am trying to decide if I should hold anything else back. I'm tempted to grow them up a bit and maybe put the boy back to his mom.

I do have a 2008 male and a 2009 female that are from the same parents. I'm probably going to breed them next season.

I got the female in 1998 from Ben Seigal. I think she's an import, but I'm not 100% sure. She has none of the granite/peppered pattern. She is very dark and for the past 4 years I keep comparing some of her babies to sables.
