I also keep track of what I eat. I used to either eat way too little or way too much. I really like keeping track of what I eat. What I put into my body and how much of it.
Also, I keep forgetting to put this up!! This is a fantastic smoothie!! I have one every morning. Tastes good, is great for you....be prepared for a lot of energy! Haha.
Green smoothie!!
2 big handfuls of spinach
1/2 to 1 cup frozen (or fresh) mango chunks
1/2 to 1 cup frozen (or fresh) peach slices
1 fresh banana and 1/2 frozen banana
1 1/4 cups water
Blend. Enjoy!
(*some days I also throw in around 1/2 cup pineapple chunks)
You can use other fruits, this is just what I use.
