Maybe it gets old to you but I LIKE keeping my food diary on the app I got for my phone.
I'm not doing WW but am on a restricted diet. It consists of:
2 lean proteins
4 veggies
2 fruits
2 carbs
4oz skim milk
keeping track all day keeps me aware of what I'm putting into my body. And seeing it in writing helps me not "cheat".
