We also have the same hide for our adopted Ball, Basil. He LOVES it. Our babyboy also recently shed (it's our first shed with him), and he looks gorgeous (as does your babe). Ball Pythons have such cute faces, don't they?

He's pretty! It is crazy how fast time goes by and our babies grow up. My oldest is 7 years old, I haven't had her all her life, but 7 seems really old for a snake. The oldest snakes I have had since they were hatchlings are all turning 4 this year, it's just crazy!

I also love how clean they look right after a shed, messes with the flash though lol. Still so nice to look at in real life regardless. I find all pythons have cute faces lol, ball pythons being one of the cuter ones for sure.
I have lots of these rock hides around, I want more!! And more half logs, and drift wood... and money lol. As long as they get food for now, that's what's important.(but he don't eat anyway, such a good boy!! hehehe)
I love that snakes live so long, I agree 5 and 7 seem old, but they're still young yet! I look forward to many more years with this guy(I get far too attached to animals...) and I'm glad death isn't inevitably around the corner like it always seemed to be with my small mammal pets... It's just different to have something that isn't a dog or a cat, actually age for fair while I think... I gotta say I like it. Thanks for commenting, Caylan.S.
