    Swimming snake

Last night i was about to go to bed and i noticed Chaos was "snorkeling" in the water! It was hysterical! Chaos "swam" a few laps got out and then "asked" to be held LOL! Typical for Chaos...get a wet and ask mommy to hold...wet BP's feel weird btw. Anyone else get a kick out of watching their BP swim. Usually Chaos just falls in the water dish but this is was on purpose! LOL

The only time I've ever seen my snakes get anything in their water bowls besides their heads was the three that came with mites. You must have a huge water dish for your to be swimming lol.

Hubby recently saw the BCI duck his head underwater and freaked out.

He actually thought the snake was drowning.

[I swear Brom can read minds because right as hubby said that, a few 'ominous bubbles' floated up]

    I LMAO.

LOL, yeah I kinda freaked when I first saw them blow bubbles. They usually stick their head in just to drink, but I have one in particular that enjoys submerging her entire head and blows bubbles lol.

That is exactly what he was doing......

I can't believe how much we've come to love this crazy Boa.
[hubby's bats about him...he's modifying his condo yet again tonight to make it even more "perfect"....*after* griping about "building all these bleeping snake hotels!"]....LOL

He even made me reach in and get Brom's head out of the water "just in case".

[in case of what? the snake was suicidal??]

He built Brom a "perching tree" which is out in the bedroom so the snake can watch CSI:Whatever with us.
[but Brom still prefers to hang out on my inversion table]

    I love Boas.
    They're such characters.
