    LOL! That sucks, Emily!

I've seen corns rattle their tails before in an attempt to scare me off (fat chance!) but I've never seen a ball python rattle.

When I did see tail wagging, it was like a slooow swiiiiiiiish swiiiiiiiish swiiiiiiish

    Very cute!

I posted something like this a long time ago when one of my little ones did this to me. I'm pretty sure she was trying to let me know that she didn't want me cleaning her enclosure at that time. Never seen it since but I'm always handy with a camera now if it does because I thought it was so awesome.

That sucks. My corn has done "the poopy dance", this was different though. More just tail wag than whole body wiggle. He has so much personality though, my goofy boy.

If what your snakes are doing is what I'm thinking of, it's called Caudal luring, and snakes generally only do it when very hungry. I've caught a couple of my snakes doing it once or twice. Here's a video of what I'm talking about.

    Current Pets

    1.0 Ball Python - Twist
    1.0 Ball Python - Houdini
0.1 brazilian Rainbow Boa - Hateful
1.0 Red Tail Boa - King
0.1 Tiger Reticulated Python - Pandora
    0.1 Calico cat - Sweetie

Similar to that, but slower. More swish than flick.
