The male sounds ok, but 182 grams at a year old tells me that something is up. My youngest ball python who is a pastel male that is just over 2 months weights around 200 grams.

Can you give us some more information like how they are both set up (type of enclosure, heat sources, thermometers,...) and what size rodents you feed her and how often you offer and how often she actually eats.
